In Singapore Tiger beer is served as the perfect accompaniment to Chilli Crab, the country’s unofficial national dish. This pairing is enjoyed in top end bars and street stalls alike.
After three highly successful Tiger Beer Chilli Crab festivals in London’s East End, we finally got itchy pincers and decided to take the Chilli Crab on tour in August 2009.
Throughout August, we scuttled around the country in our specially created Tiger Beer Chilli Crab Van, bringing a kaleidoscopic fusion of exotic Far Eastern flavours together with a first-class line-up of local DJs to each event. The succulent Chilli Crab was served up by chefs from leading local restaurants.
